The Evolution PSV Cushion is a great choice for wheelchair users with a high risk of tissue breakdown and symmetrical positioning needs. It helps to improve stability and reduce the risk of friction related transfer damage, making it ideal for users with compromised sitting balance or those who frequently transfer.
The functional areas of the cushion are made up of three types of foam, soft foam to relieve pressure on areas prone to pressure sores, medium foam to promote optimal pelvic positioning and firm foam positioning supports that provide support through the perimeter and medial thigh separator.
As air is released from the cushion the multi stiffness foam provides comfort and stability as the user is immersed in the cushion and the different foams conform to the users shape.
The evolution cushion comes complete with either a mesh or incontinence cover and uses Varilite's patented Pressure Setting Valve. Please contact us if incontinence cover is required.
